We have developed a simple, step-by-step approach to managing our franchise application process. This means you will know exactly what stage you're in and what's in store for you. First, you'll spend time with the AIM Mail Centers® team so you can get to know our brand and we can get to know you. These meetings are your opportunity to learn about our operational systems and marketing strategies. It is our opportunity to learn about your goals and long term plans.

  • 1st Call Get to Know
    Your first call is all about you! We want to learn what your wants, likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses are. By identifying you we are able to better determine if you aright fit for an AIM Mail Centers. You will also be introduced to the awarding process and the steps needed to become an AIM Mail Center Franchisee.

    RFC
    If you wish to be considered, we ask that you please fill out the Request For Consideration "RFC" in its entirety. All information submitted to AIM Mail Centers® is used only to assist in the pre-screening of potential franchisees and will be kept confidential. The RFC is a major part in determining if you are viable candidate in the awarding process of an AIM Mail Centers Franchise.

    FDD *
    The Franchise Disclosure Document is the document that AIM Mail Centers is required by federal law to give to a prospective franchise buyer before the franchise can be purchased, and includes a wealth of information about the franchise.

    Financing
    There are several third party finance opportunities available with approved credit and a minimum cash investment of $50,000.

    CEO and Founder Interview
    Prior to scheduling your Discovery Day visit, this is your opportunity to meet by telephone with CEO, Michael Sawitz, to gain additional insight about the company.

    Discover Day
    This is the final step in our evaluation process before you are awarded a franchise. Your personal Discovery Day will give you an opportunity to meet with executives and department heads who will be working closely through your time as an AIM Mail Center franchisee.

    Discovery Day is usually held on Fridays. This day is a wonderful opportunity to get an in-depth look into your future.

    Site Selection
    Employing maps, photographs, demographics and your broker, we will help you analyze and rank each of the shopping centers available now or being built in the near future in your city. During your inspection of potential sites we will keep you informed on construction issues with an eye toward saving you time and money in the end.

    Lease Negotiation
    We will provide advice to you and your broker on deal points - from the lease rate and extension options to AIM signage and design elements we want addressed with the landlord. As questions arise, we can share our knowledge with you to save you time and effort.

    Training
    At AIM Mail Centers we offer an exciting array of training programs, learning modules, support manuals, job aids and other materials to assist you in your transition to becoming an AIM Mail Centers franchisee. We offer a multi-faceted training strategy which combines printed workbooks, manuals, classroom instruction, video segments, role-playing and lots of hands-on practice to apply what you are learning. Whether you are currently a seasoned retail veteran or a professional from a different occupational field we have the program designed to maximize your talents.

    Build Out
    Each AIM Mail Center location is designed by our CEO to be a friendly and professional environment. Our construction department will aid you through the maze of permits, contractors, loan disbursements, insurance, etc. You'll be thrilled with the result as you open your doors for business!

    Soft Opening
    Your "Performance Coach" is with you every step of the way during your soft opening.

    Grand Opening
    This is the day you officially announce to the world you are ready, willing and able to serve the needs of your local business community.
